Rosati's Pizza

The pizza was extremely bland and semi burnt. I enjoy well done pizza, but the crust was crumbling, like stale bread. We ordered extra fries, did not get them and the single order of fries, with the sandwich, were only half full. The "dessert" nuggets had little to no cinnamon sugar and were also well done to the point of crumbling apart when biting into them.

Usually have a great experience from Rosatis when I go pick up in person. I tried ordering through DoorDash but the guy working tonight lied about them trying to contact me. Placed the order. An hour later after the door dasher gets there he wants to let me know they haven’t made my order because they don’t have chicken to add to the pizza🤦‍♂️ wanted it for the UFC fight smh very disappointed.

I have never had a problem with this location but today I called in an order at 605pm, was told it would take 25 mins. I arrived at the store at 617 anticipating a little wait so I sat in the store to wait. There was alot of talking in the kitchen and only 1 customer came in while I was waiting. I was reading an article and looked up and realized the time was 7pm, I stood up and someone came out from the back (Not the same person that greeted me) and took my pizza out of the warmer. I told them I had been sitting here waiting and no one said anything. They then said the pizza was just put in the warmer to settle, which I've never heard of and the box was not hot as it has been in the past when I order and wait. They apologized and offered me a free 2 liter. Needless to say my pizza was cool when I got home. Totally unacceptable !

So I really like how the pizza, wings, fries , pretty much all of menu items I’ve tried are done good . No complaints but we’ve called multiple times and we got hung up twice . The person who works there was really rude on the phone and basically said why are you calling the restaurant ? Well sir, obviously to make a pick up order? *he hangs up again . Yup, last time myself and friends/family will ever order from this Rosati’s again. Will take our chances with the Rosati’s in belvidere .

So, I place an online order at 630pm. I call at 7:38pm, to get a status of my order. I was told it was on its way. 8:08pm called again the gent on the phone said it's on its way. I said i was told that 30 mind ago. He said dont know what to tell yeah...your foods not here. Now I spent over $100.00...I've worked all day, and just wanted Rosatis delightful pizza. I said, wow great customer service, I'll be sure to add this to my review. He then said Sorry loudly and abruptly and then also abruptly hung up the phone. 8:18pm got a call from the manager after my BF expressed his frustration for how this is going. He said hes so sorry I was spoken to like that, "I tell them not to answer the phones when we're busy." So when you call cross your fingers guys...manager confirmed food was on the way. I will attach a photo to show im 8 minutes away from this place. He said she had 5 deliveries...which apparently takes about an hour to deliver. Got the food, driver was a jerk to my son. And oddly we had a piece of cake with the order...didnt order that...is that the apology? Sooo your telling me you lied and you guys really didnt see the online order. We complained boom cake...smh...won't
